1 avocado, diced

1 large tomato, seeded and diced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Freshly ground pepper to taste

 

1. Put diced avocado and seeded and diced tomato in a medium mixing bowl.

2. Add fresh lemon juice, chopped cilantro, and olive oil.

3. Toss and add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
