4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 tablespoons pesto
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Spray oven-safe skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook in skillet about 2 minute per side, until browned.
- Spread 1 ½ teaspoons pesto over the tops of each chicken breast, and transfer skillet to the oven. Bake chicken about 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
