Island Marinated Steaks

Marinating time: 4 hours to overnight
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 ½ pounds top loin steak, cut into two pieces
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, sugar, teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger. Combine marinade with steaks in a large plastic resealable bag and marinate in the refrigerator 4 hours to overnight, turning at least once.
- Prepare grill. Remove steaks from marinade and grill 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of steaks, until they reach desired degree of doneness.
