Herb-Grilled Filet Mignon
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 (6-ounce) filets of beef tenderloin, visible fat trimmed
- Prepare grill.
- Combine pepper, rosemary, mustard, salt, and garlic. Rub mixture evenly over both sides of steak.
- Grill 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference.
