Cod with Lemon-Parsley Sauce

1 cup of water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley + extra for garnishing
20 ounces of cod, cut into 4 filets
½ teaspoon salt
4 lemon wedges
- In a small bowl, mix together water, lemon juice, and flour.
- Heat butter in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add parsley and fish; season fish with salt. Add lemon-flour mixture and simmer with lid on for about 8 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
- Serve with fresh parsley garnish and lemon wedges.
