5 Simple Recipes With 5 Ingredients or Less

I look forward to that time in the early evening when I transition from the routine of the typical day to preparing for dinnertime. I enjoy chopping vegetables, tossing a salad, and all of the other steps that go into getting a meal ready. I really do.

But some days are more hectic than others, and that's when I reach for simple recipes, with few ingredients, and minimal prep and cook time.

Tonight, I'm making Creamy Dill Salmon, and I'll probably pair it with some simple steamed broccoli and brown rice pilaf (because I have it on hand).

This is a dish Maria introduced to me when we first started developing our recipes for Cooks Aid. Her mom had been cooking it for years, and shared with Maria.

It takes just a little time to prepare, I usually have all of the ingredients on hand, and the flavors are out of this world. It has become a staple in our kitchen, and it is a great dish for entertaining. The kids can't get enough of it, either!

Here's the recipe for Creamy Dill Salmon, along with four other recipes with five ingredients or less (not counting salt and pepper):

Baked Chicken With Pesto and Parmesan

BBQ-Grilled Steak

Pork Chops With Garlic and Rosemary

Grilled Shrimp With Lime
